CHICKEN OR BEEF STIRFRY
1. Dice chicken or beef into bite size pieces.
2. Heat 1 TBSP oil in skillet and add chicken or beef.
3. Stir-fry chicken or beef until golden or tender.
4. Remove chicken or beef from skillet and set aside.
5. Mix 2 t. cornstarch, 1/4 t. ginger, 1/2 t. garlic powder, 4 T. honey, 3 t. soy sauce, and 2/3 c. water in separate bowl and set aside.
6. Heat 2 TBSP of oil in same skillet.
7. Stir-fry vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
8. Add chicken or beef to vegetables and the sauce above.
9. Stir-fry an additional 2-3 minutes.
10. Serve over rice.
